In a manga where female characters are the protagonists, I ended up having more male characters, and haven´t submitted a single drawing of the only female character I have =.=UUUUUUUU

Appearance

Human Appearance
In his “human” form (after awaken) she is a red haired young woman with green eyes.

Awakened Form
As an awakened being, her form is similar to an arachnoid woman about 5 meters tall, being her lower body connected to a spider-like giant body at the level of her thighs, while her upper body is still having a human-like form. Her hands are big claws; her face is similar to a porcelain doll mask and has three horns on her forehead.


Personality
She has a strong character, even aggressive, and tends to be very individualistic.
She´s very proud of her rank and strength, and due to that, she usually sees lower rank warriors as not very helpful for battle, so she usually tries to do all the work even during team missions.
She is also a rebel and problematic warrior who refuse to blindly obey the Organization´s orders and rules.

Biography
When she was a child, her family was attacked by a group of bandits. Those men killed her parents and took her and her two sisters with them. As she was the youngest of the three, and was only a child with weak appearance, the bandits simply sold her to the organization where she became a claymore.
She has a rivalry/friendship with Luciela, since Vanessa always wanted to become stronger than her, but obviously she was never able to reach the number one´s strength.
Even being one of the strongest warriors of her generation, her rebel attitude was unacceptable, so she and a small group of warriors that also had shown signs of defiance against the organization, were send to hunt an awakened being in the north lands in a very suspicious mission.
The awakened being was way stronger than they expected and all the team was massacred.
She tried to protect her team, but at the end, her comrades were the ones who protected her, so she miraculously managed to escape and survive, but she was very wound and ended up passing her limit while she was trying to heal herself, becoming an awakened being.
